Print a stack of receipt pages and keep them somewhere you actually sit. When you handle something ~ big or small ~ write the receipt while it is fresh. Reread the pile on bad days: it is proof, in your own handwriting, that you keep figuring things out.

This is the free sample ~ the full kit adds every page below it.

One receipt

One page per win. A receipt is proof of something that happened ~ fill it in while the ink of the moment is still wet. No win is too small to file.

Date and where I was
The thing that happened (just the facts)
What I did about it
What I would have done a year ago
What that tells me about where I am now
File under ~ one word I can find later

Questions

Is this therapy?

No ~ it is a printable journal with good prompts. If you are working with a therapist, the receipts make great session notes to bring along. If things feel heavy, a real professional is the right next step, and this journal will happily wait on the shelf.

What counts as a receipt?

Anything you handled, held, said, finished, or noticed that shows movement. The bar is low on purpose ~ small receipts filed weekly beat one dramatic entry a year.

Why paper instead of a notes app?

Handwriting slows you down just enough to mean it, and a physical pile you can reread on a rough day lands differently than a scroll. Also nobody ever lost a paper journal to a forgotten password.
